TAKE A STAND FOR HUMANITY Kuklo left the walls behind for one reason: To see a Titan for himself, and finally banish the doubts that have dogged him about his own humanity. This study draws on the theory and methodology of interactional linguistics to examine the effects of multilingualism on the syntax and prosody of young Germans of Turkish extraction in everyday conversation. The study concludes that prosodic categories such as rhythm and intonation are influential substrate elements. Yet the influence of Turkish is not one of mere transfer. New, rule-based forms have arisen that serve as resources for specific tasks in conversation.

Dieses Buch geht in seiner Analyse der Frage nach, welchen Einfluss der Wahlkampf auf das Ergebnis der Bundestagswahl 2013 hatte. Dazu wendet es auf eklektische Weise etablierte Wahltheorien an und verbindet diese mit dem Konzept des „Wahlkampfereignisses“. Um die Wählerentscheidungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt des Wahlkampfs nachzeichnen zu können werden die Prognosemarktdaten von politikprognosen.de sowie ein Umfragedurchschnitt der Befragungsunternehmen mit wöchentlicher Befragung (Forsa, Emnid, Infratest) herangezogen.
